St. John Bahama Village – Phase 2
St. John Community Development Corporation hosted an “Open House” to showcase its latest affordable housing project, St. John Bahama Village, a new construction 9-unit townhome style project located in Little Haiti. The event was well attended by local resident who toured the homes. They were also invited to register for occupancy and were given valuable information to assist with the process. The project consists of 9 townhouse-style 1730SF, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms units with top-of-line fixtures and finishes.
