Our Success Story
St. John Village Homes I
St. John CDC takes pride in being a pioneer in our community. We developed “St. John Village Homes I,” the first new construction home ownership project in the area in fifty years. This 14-unit split-level townhome-style project offers modern amenities, including stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, central air/heat, spacious kitchens, indoor laundries, and French doors leading to landscaped outdoor patios.
