Founded in December 1985 by the visionary church leader, Rev. Henry Nevin, St. John Community Development Corporation (St. John CDC) has been a beacon of hope for the residents of Miami-Dade County. Our core mission is to uplift low-income individuals and families, expand economic opportunities, and provide affordable housing. Located in the central section of the City of Miami, just northwest of Downtown, our journey towards community transformation began over three decades ago.
